I didn't see any difference, even though I use the cream consistently twice a day and finish the second package. And as for the cool feeling... I feel more warmth than coolness in the area where I use it.
It is an amazing product!! It does what it promises! In combination with diet, water, exercise, cellulite soap, etc., you will see your skin transform. It really worth it. However, it requires continuous use to see results. I apply it every morning, maybe even twice a day, and I have finished over 15 packages in the last few months that I have been using it obsessively.
For ages over 30, it does nothing. Only a burn for those who have sensitive skin. (I don't have sensitivity and every time I applied it, my hands and feet felt like hot oil was poured on them).
