I have been using this book with adult students for two years now.
If you are a beginner and looking for an affordable package of books, then this is not for you.
There is no coherence in the distribution of grammar and vocabulary, many words are not translated anywhere within it, the texts are "heavy" and difficult for someone who is just starting out, and the description of grammar phenomena is very concise and not helpful at all.
If you want to brush up on your knowledge, again, this is not for you.
The vocabulary and exercises are like they are aimed at younger ages (while the book is supposed to be more suitable for adults).
Listening, writing, and speaking are very boring.
In short, I definitely would not recommend it for anyone who wants to prepare for a degree.
If someone is simply interested in having a book with the purpose of maintaining their language skills, it might be helpful, but for nothing more.
Also, the fact that it is 5 books condensed into 3 is not helpful at all if you want to read and do exercises simultaneously, because you have to flip the book back and forth.
I would simply describe it as supplementary and would not recommend it.

In the first few days, it makes you feel tired, you can't stand until the next day. However, gradually with continuous use, you see a noticeable difference. No side effects, very affordable, I recommend it.

4/5 stars because I haven't finished the box yet, but it still provides immediate relief. The discomfort and pain don't go away immediately 100%, but gradually it becomes smaller, more tolerable, and of shorter duration. Very economical without any side effects. I recommend it.

Super affordable and very good hair serum. It softens and makes them shine. Be careful with the quantity so they don't get oily. Otherwise, it is excellent.

From the more fluffy side, I apply the eyeshadow and from the other side, which is the sponge, I put the shimmer on the mobile eyelid. It's not something exciting, but you can take it with you on a trip as it is small, convenient, and can be used in two ways. It is also very economical.

Very good product for eyebrow fixation, although I didn't believe in this form of eyebrow stabilization. It is discreet, does not leave any white residue, does not stick them but keeps them in place and gives a very nice result. I recommend it!

I was very hesitant to buy this particular product because every time I have used glycolic acid, it hasn't worked well for me. However, this one pleasantly surprised me.
I used the toner on my face, heels, elbows, hair due to dry skin, and certain areas of my hands where I have eczema.
(Note: it is a strong ingredient, especially if you are inexperienced, use it on problematic areas at your own risk. I also did some experiments).
Especially on my scalp and hands, the results were noticeable from the first week itself, while for each area mentioned above, I have bought product after product with no results.
It may seem expensive, but I have been using it daily on some of these areas since I bought it in April '23, and there are still 4-5 uses left for sure in the bottle.
It is worth every euro cent and can be used in many other ways as well.
If you search on the internet, you will find what suits you.

Very nice surprise for Nivea that we find in the supermarket. It acts effectively on pimples from the very first application. It creates a light refreshing sensation when applied (due to the ingredients with exfoliating properties obviously) but it is not at all annoying. It is also not greasy at all. It's worth it.

Very subtle scent, nice and refreshing for the hair. I apply it on wet hair, it doesn't last very long but while it stays, it is pleasant.

The price of the product is very good, but it doesn't offer any special shine, nor is its smell anything extraordinary. It is also slightly greasy. However, after a while, it gets absorbed and doesn't transfer onto clothes.
