First of all, and I kindly ask you, when I read Reviews, they should be REVIEWS, that is, COMPLETE. It is not absolutely necessary to write the detail of the detail, but at least the absolutely necessary =
This processor ROCKS in performance, but since I have been a Computer Technician for many years, it would be inappropriate not to document it properly =
I have already installed it on a friend's computer (regardless of the fact that I didn't charge him for it), and luckily he listens to me =
To say that with a good aftermarket CPU cooler it reaches temperatures, without also stating WHAT case we have, WHAT exact fans we installed, and WHERE exactly, to see the level of Airflow inside the case, is a big mistake, not to mention maintaining positive pressure inside the case. Simply put, if we invested in beautiful fans that usually do not have the required flow or pressure, that is, we sacrificed the Airflow level for the sake of aesthetics, I'm sorry it's not the processor's fault. Put the best Airflow fans up to 26db heavy-heavy in noise level, that is, just audible, and if you want LED, add some corresponding kit, like Phanteks Halos fan frames or similar, you will be amazed.
Not to mention that we overclocked the processor to quite high levels, in order to "fit" some 4266mhz CL16 2x16GB memories running at 1.5Volt, not to mention manual bad BIOS settings, well excuse me, it's not the processor's fault, you probably misunderstood, nor is it the fault of the good CPU cooler, and when I say good, I mean GOOD. What did you expect? There is also something called Undervolting, invest some of your time, learn what it is, what it is used for, how exactly it is done, it will be good for you.
Not to mention on which motherboard we installed the processor, again it is a big mistake = If we don't have such an image, HOW can we understand if the VRMs are heavily stressed and the whole motherboard and processor are overheating, or if it simply copes decently? ... in simple words, HOW can we rely on your Reviews?
You know something? Gaming is great, especially on Ultra or Epic settings, but you need to have some basic level of knowledge = Either do something properly and comprehensively, or don't do it at all = Invest time to learn what improvement, cooling, cost-effective performance, etc. mean... it will be good for you. If you don't have time, give it to some experts to set it up professionally, so that the Technicians don't become thieves.
.. anyway, although it cost him a LOT from orders, he had passion, I took it on, and I made it a masterpiece = Here are the equivalents as an image = https://pcpartpicker.com/list/hKdRsL
Especially in Prime95, it reached 72°C for two hours, running at 1.475volt 5.1Ghz with curve optimizer, with the visual quality settings on Ultra in Far Cry 6 4K, it was around 75FPS...
I won't mention other parameters... Because if I were to include all the customizations, this wouldn't be a Review, but a GUIDE like a book...
Do Reviews properly.
