It's a shame because it's a Greek product, but it DOES NOT DISSOLVE in water at all. It forms small clumps that don't dissolve even in a blender (it forms little balls). I even tried shaking the water in a blender and adding it slowly, and still it didn't become homogeneous, but the powder just fell down. It helped a lot with the pains I have from time to time in my knees due to arthritis.
