It has a strange taste (definitely not orange - lemon is not even present), and it dissolves difficultly.

It's a shame because it's a Greek product, but it DOES NOT DISSOLVE in water at all. It forms small clumps that don't dissolve even in a blender (it forms little balls). It helped a lot with the pains I have from time to time in my knees due to arthritis.
