Good evening, I bought them for my girlfriend, as well as both musicians and both fans of the company. The earphone came off..... you understand what I mean, only the shell remained. Yes, they work but without the plastic that fits in the ear, they are useless. Besides that, the charger does not make good contact for proper charging. To be fair, let's talk about the good things! When they are charged, the battery is satisfactory and I have no issues like running out of battery during the day. (Note that I need them as her job requires being on the phone all day and talking a lot.) I continue, we thought that a defective product comes out occasionally from the factory, so we called for a replacement... She got the same ones and after a short while, the same issues occurred. The plastic of the earphone started to come off gradually, and now we have to find a stable surface for them not to move in order to charge. Obviously, we will ask for a refund and go for a different brand and different earphones, but what can I say, 2 defective ones in a row?? I don't think it's a coincidence.

To anticipate your response, the usage is very careful, especially the second time where we made the same mistake as before, but in the end, from the many times of "plug in and unplug" something that obviously should not be done with .... earphones! -,- With earphones.... Anyway, I would not buy them again in any case and definitely would not recommend them.

(The sound is quite good, we're talking about Marshal, but due to the above, don't even think about it, it's just a hassle!)

Buy them fearlessly if you don't plan on wearing them all day with the volume turned up, great value for money at 69 that I bought them for...
I believe these earphones are worth more than their price, specifically in my opinion after 3 months of use.
1. The battery is more than sufficient, I listened to music for 5 continuous hours at a moderate volume, and the battery was still above 50%, which means it can last for 10 hours for sure. 5/5
2. The sound is perfect, I prefer listening from them rather than the computer speakers (studio monitors). 5/5
3. I never had any issues with calls, the person I was talking to could hear me clearly and when I whispered as well. 5/5
And now let's move on to the not 100% positive aspects:
1. The Bluetooth doesn't have a long range, so if you leave your phone in one room, you can't go to another without the music/call stopping, but logically speaking, if you use them with your phone (on the go, watching a movie, etc.), you won't have any problems at all. 4/5
2. The lack of USB-C in 2020 is somewhat... I have to carry a mini USB with me, but the battery life saves it because it doesn't need constant charging. 4/5
3. And finally, the negative aspect... your ears start hurting after wearing them for a few hours, and it becomes tiring, but you might say that the percentage of people who wear them continuously for 2-3+ hours is small. BUT there's no chance that they will ever fall out of your ear no matter what you do (without your intention) thanks to the smart and simple hook with the cable. 2.5/5
Their application is neutral because it's okay for me, but not everyone has the same ears.

Remember what I'm telling you, these headphones surpass all the others that are cheaper, I'm sure, meaning their price is worth it. I like good sound in general at home, in the car, and when I walk. I have heard terrible speakers and excellent speakers, and now I have an opinion on sound quality. The only negative thing is that occasionally during music playback, it has some multiple momentary disconnections or one brief momentary one, but it only happens on YouTube for some strange reason, but it's not as bad as you think. However, when I listen to music from my phone, that is, stored music, there are no interruptions. From what I have discussed with an acquaintance, Bluetooth technology has never been perfected, but it is better than before. Although I didn't have any disconnection issues with my Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 on two Marshall Acton speakers, I did have disconnections with my Huawei Mate 7 Pro. I have written a review under the Marshall Acton speaker and I explain exactly. Guys, I emphasize the bass of these headphones left me speechless. Imagine that the bass sounds in your ear as if you are in a car and listening with a 12-inch subwoofer. Oh, at this moment that I'm commenting, I'm listening to music from these headphones and I can't get enough of it. Unfortunately, I can't give them to you to understand how they sound, you're just missing out. Finally, after so many years, I am finally hearing the bass that I always hoped to hear. The truth is that I bought them with half a heart because they are very expensive at the price I bought them, but in the end, I loved them and they are worth their money. I tried them on the PS4, but it only recognizes them as Marshall Minor 2 and doesn't do anything else. The sound quality during calls is clear and very loud, when I say loud, I mean very high and clear. From March 8, 2020, to August 4, 2021, I had two brief sound interruptions. The rest of the time, the headphones work perfectly, guys. Update October 21, 2021. The sound interruptions have completely stopped a few days after purchasing them, meaning I can listen without the slightest interruption. I also connected these headphones to the Nintendo Switch from the first day the update came out, and they work perfectly without any sound interruptions. From the first second, I had no problem connecting them to the Nintendo Switch. In the end, it is indeed one of the best purchases I have made.
