It is a good tire in all conditions and at a good price. It performs very well in heavy rain at relatively high speeds of 130km/h. It is not top-notch, but in no way can it be considered bad. Similarly, it is commendable on dry roads. If there is something that impressed me, it is extremely comfortable and quiet, especially for long trips.

So, if you need a value for money tire for everyday use, it is a good choice. I have had it for a year with 10,000km. It is too early to evaluate its durability and wear.

I bought them because they were very affordable and at that time I was facing difficulties but urgently needed tires. I should have chosen something else. I don't trust them on dry surfaces because they slip incredibly. On wet surfaces, there is no grip at all. I would never use them again for any reason.
