Very soft pillow. I recommend it for those who have neck pain and want to use an ergonomic pillow.

The shape initially pleased me, but now it has softened too much. A big plus is that it comes with its own pillowcase, although I also use two other cases to keep it in good condition

Personally, it helped me a lot with the neck crisis I had and it has replaced the classic sleeping pillow that I used until then. Of course, it took me 3-4 nights to get used to it. The shape was recommended to me by my physiotherapist. Finally, I had no issue with the material of the pillow.

At first, it was good. However, after two months, it became very soft and caused discomfort in my neck. I used my old pillow (a Media Strom from a decade ago with memory foam) and realized how I was sleeping on this Alfa care pillow, which no longer provides any support!

Very good quality and comfortable. Maybe the curve could be 2-3 centimeters higher, but I might feel that way since my previous pillow was indeed taller. It's worth its 100% of the money.

First time I bought an orthopedic pillow, so I don't know if I can be reliable. However, it helped me a lot with my neck syndrome, I wake up without feeling the pressure and constant stiffness that I used to feel.
