What I liked:
-Nice bright screen.
-The battery lasts forever, even with all functions on full, it easily lasts a month.
-Navigation through the menu is very fast.
-Notifications, you can reply with preset texts that you can customize.

What I didn't like:
-Although they added compatibility with external heart rate monitors, my Scosche Rhythm24 is not compatible, which is a big disappointment!
-When disconnected from the phone, it doesn't notify you, for example, if you leave home and forget your phone, the Stratos 3 doesn't send a notification.
-It doesn't have an airplane mode.

For simple use like taking photos and videos (maximum resolution 1080) etc., it is just what you need.
Charging takes a long time. The cable is not USB-C but USB micro

The battery lasts quite long, about 20 hours. It takes 3.5 hours for a full charge

It is sturdy and does its job. The texture of the handles is a bit rough and may hurt the palms. After a day, it started making noise in the video
