• NORTH EDGE, model EVOQUE 2, quartz, solar powered, 50 meters WR. Chinese brand but good, with good build quality, sturdy, clearly waterproof for bathing, swimming, diving (confirmed as I often use it in the sea). I have several watches, but this latest acquisition, I enjoy it very much. It looks very much like a much more expensive one, the LUMINOX 200m WR, where this much more expensive one costs around €500 but is mechanical and not quartz, but on the other hand it is not Solar like the NORTH EDGE.

  • I wanted a powerful power bank, to feel "safe" when I needed to recharge. A 30,000mAh one seems and should be powerful.
The KLGO is Chinese, but not "cheap" like the others I researched. And what is a power bank in essence? It is a battery. Batteries, especially high-capacity ones, must have weight. So, this one is quite heavy, a sign that it delivers what it promises, while the other power banks on other sites were lightweight (fake, significantly lower in power).
In another review, they mention as a disadvantage that the KLGO is heavy. For me, it is not, it is heavier than others, but it is really 30,000mAh - if it wasn't heavy, it wouldn't be 30,000mAh, so it would also be a fake product, since you would be paying for 30,000mAh. For me, its weight is not enough to "ruin" its portability. Therefore, it is a very good product that eliminates the anxiety of recharging your device, and for a cost of around €20, get it without hesitation.
Also, I should mention that it has two regular USB ports, which logically means it can charge two devices simultaneously, although I have only charged one since I didn't need to charge two at the same time.
Its only drawback is that it comes with only one small USB cable that ends in USB-C, while its cable could have one end as the classic USB and "branches" of cables that end in the most common connectors, such as USB-C and 2-3 others, so it can be used with all devices. Of course, I have USB cables with different connectors, but if I didn't, it would reduce its usefulness. How much would it increase the cost to have such a "multi-cable"?
But on the other hand, as I said, I actually found it cheaper than other power banks with the same nominal power that I found on other sites (taking into account that this one is indeed 30,000mAh while the others were "cheap"), so I have no complaints and I won't deduct a star.

  • The black metallic digital watch from the brand NORTH EDGE is a fusion of nostalgia and futurism, as it resembles an old vintage digital watch, but at the same time, it is also futuristic with its transparent top part, which allows you to see the internal circuitry of the watch. It has a unique design that I think will either be loved or disliked by some people. I personally like it, which is why I got it.

Obviously, the NORTH EDGE is a "homage" (similar) watch to the Computron (see photo). In my opinion, just based on the design, the NORTH EDGE looks more beautiful to me than the Computron - of course, this can be subjective. The NORTH EDGE also has a very nice night illumination (lume) on its screen, as well as on the transparent top part where you can see the internal circuitry - it reminds me a bit of "neon" lighting.

The finishing and build quality seem quite good. I have had it for about six months, and I am satisfied. It also has several other functions, although I don't use them, such as dual time, stopwatch, etc.

If you notice, on its LCD screen, the digits appear golden - strange, I had not encountered this before. This screen with these yellowish digits looks extremely vibrant when it has light, for example, when you look at it in the sun, they appear more intense, and you can see them with great ease. However, they are not as visible under any angle in low light conditions, such as the winter evenings, but it has the excellent backlight that I mentioned earlier, so no problem.

Now, they have named this model Cybertank, and on the back, it shows a tank, which I consider to be a "failed" model name. On the one hand, because you wouldn't call it a G-Shock, meaning it is extremely rugged like a tank (although it does look sturdy), on the other hand, it is a "monkey imitation" name from the Cybertruck by TESLA. Even the font used to write Cybertank in the small leaflet inside the beautiful box it comes with is almost identical to the font of the Cybertruck by TESLA. How difficult would it have been for them to find another model name that fits better and is their own?

The watch is 50m water-resistant, meaning you can swim with it. Although I haven't taken this specific watch into the sea, I constantly shower with it without any problem. I also have another watch from NORTH EDGE (a different model though) that is also 50m water-resistant, and I swim in the sea, dive, etc., with it, and it is fine.

  • I read LOXOS COMPLETELY, the Biography of Paul Efthimidis. A small-sized book - the authors made sure to structure it with small-sized chapters, so it is easy to read and enjoyable.
Many details are given about the life of Paul Efthimidis and his entrepreneurship with COCOMAT. A very interesting book, as it successfully describes the personality of an unconventional entrepreneur, who, although he succeeded and could live with expensive SUV cars, drivers, villas, properties, chooses to live as a "distant" person, etc., still lives as a simple person (and this is positive), using a bicycle, being environmentally conscious, living a frugal lifestyle - in many ways simpler even than many ordinary people who have much less wealth.
Perhaps, in the end, this is the way to "live well," regardless of wealth?
To let go, but also to give oneself?
... I think you find inspiration from the book.

  • Elon Musk, The Official Biography

I got it at the end of September. The "hardware" of the book, meaning the paper, font, photos, is quite good. I preferred the English edition, meaning the original language it was written in, because possibly in the Greek translation, some points may not have had flawless translation. The book has a paper cover with a photo of Musk on the outside, and it is hardcover, meaning inside, it has a "leather" black cover.
Until the end of Oct. 2023: The book is easy to read - its English is not complex containing strange terminology, so someone with Lower can easily read it. I have now read the initial part, I am close to page 120.
The author (Isaacson) has structured the book with short chapters, which makes reading easier, as if each chapter was lengthy, it might be tiring. Each chapter also has relevant photos, creating interest for the following chapter.
The book goes chronologically, starting from Elon's childhood, youth, his move to Canada and then to the USA for studies, his "socialization" where from a closed character, he became social and a party animal (a chapter has exactly this title), the work he did there as a young man, the first companies he founded, Zip2 and X.com (not the current twitter) which merged with the similar and competitive company of P. Thiel, PayPal, the money he made, 20-something million $ from the first and 200-something million from PayPal, then SpaceX.
It is emphasized that a characteristic of Elon Musk in business is that unlike the overwhelming majority of other entrepreneurs who take calculated risks, he takes incredible risks, which as he said at some point in the book will either bankrupt him or make him the richest person in the world by far.
The book contains many details, and the source is not only Elon, but also his relatives, friends, colleagues, relationships.
And the book does not "give" to Elon, advertising him only and mentioning only his positives. It also mentions the "dark" points, such as that in his collaborations and relationships, he is a difficult person, controlling, wanting to control everything and be in charge, not accepting No, imposing excessive to overwhelming deadlines on his subordinates, which of course these "unreasonable" deadlines often fail and once they fail, the question "Why did it fail?" arises, but even with this process, some solutions are found that later contribute positively to the development of the companies, or if - more rarely - they succeed, then his companies achieve something that was initially considered impossible, which is also extremely positive (for the growth of his companies).
In short, you learn in detail about the life and character of Elon Musk, who at least in business, is one of the most important personalities of the decades we are going through, who disrupts the space he is in. You learn about a great personality, who appears once in a century (?) - that's what I think. And you don't rely on forming an opinion, from what Elon Musk himself writes, with his tweets - which may be a small glimpse into his personality, perhaps subjective, as Elon himself presents whatever he wants - nor from the brief opinions of third parties (positive or negative) expressed about him, on the occasion of some of his actions and moves. You gain a more complete view of this great personality in the technology, business, and celebrity space.
I believe that the book is very good, and for fans of Elon Musk, because they learn in detail about his life and personality, but also for those who, for whatever reason, dislike him, and of course it is also good for intermediate categories of readers, who are neither fans nor haters.
I bought the book again, but this time in its Greek edition, to give it as a gift to a friend of mine who dislikes Elon Musk.

I just received it (29 Sept. 2023). My review (4 stars) is solely based on the book's "hardware," meaning the paper, font, and photos, which are quite good. The book has a cardboard cover with a photo of Musk on the outside, and it is hardbound, meaning it has a "leather" black cover on the inside.
As for its content, which is the most important, I will come back to it once I finish reading it.

  • It smelled nice for about 2 weeks. After that, it seemed like the sticks got "stuck" and now it smells very little, even though I try, like turning the sticks upside down, to release fragrance into the atmosphere. I probably won't buy it again, mainly because the good scent stopped diffusing into the atmosphere.
