I don't give it a 5 because there is room for improvement, but I am very satisfied with the quality of air it produces in the room. It is easy for it to remove humidity, but this particular one cleans the air well (in a closed room, you can even smoke). I needed customer support at some point and it was immediate and with a good explanation. The water tank is perfectly fine, maybe it's just the first 3 days that everyone comments on because the machine removes humidity from the items in the room. I have owned it for about 3 months and I changed the filter (25€) and you can clearly see the work it does. I should also mention that the WiFi and the app work perfectly fine and the pairing is easy. The areas for improvement that I thought of are: 1. The air quality sensor is too low and with cats in the house, it can get stuck with hair and give inaccurate readings (the vacuum cleaner works fine though). 2. The design is nice, but putting grooves on the top that collect dust is a failure. 3. It only has two options - dehumidifier and air purifier. It lacks a third option that can have both at the same time. You might say, "you can clean the air with the dehumidifier," but when it reaches the desired humidity level, even if the air is dirty, it stops, unlike when it is in the cleaning program, where it doesn't collect humidity. I have mentioned this to the company and they said they will take it into consideration, I hope there will be an update. 4. I would prefer the power cord to be like the one on the vacuum cleaner, where it can be extended and not just a storage slot. This way, the distance of the cord and its storage would be solved. That's it in general. I hope I didn't bore you, I would buy it again if time turned back. 8.5/10
