It is the little brother of the Bulle 633027 1400W, with which they share the same body, handle, guard, and speed regulator. The only difference is the label. Even the manual they have is the same, with the only difference being the 300W... on paper.
In reality, this one, although it has a speed adjustment, does not maintain it when you put pressure on it. Only the Bulle 633027 1400W has a real speed adjustment (see the review I have made on it).
To confirm this, I opened both of them and from the photos, someone can see that the electronic system that keeps the speeds constant has been removed. The difference can be seen in the switch and at the end of the rotor.
Apart from the speed adjustment, we are dealing with a powerful wheel with a large handle and a very affordable price.
For the 14 euro difference it has with the Bulle 633027 1400W, prefer the larger one, as with this small difference, you get the same wheel but it maintains constant speeds under load, even at the lowest speed, and it is also slightly more powerful without being bulkier or heavier.
If you are simply looking for a powerful and economical (for sanding or heavy work) wheel and you are not so concerned about the speed adjustment, it is a good choice.
If, on the other hand, you only use the wheel for cutting with thin discs, it is better to look at one of the well-known brands with lower power but smaller body size and lighter weight, like Makita.
I am doing a new review after a few months. I haven't used it much, around 10 times, and not too much. It has suddenly given me a problem out of nowhere. It simply stops on its own as if it's applying brakes while I'm cutting. It happened to me once during action. It's unacceptable to have such serious damages just like that. Such a shame. It's not worth it, better buy from a more reliable manufacturer.

I got this specific tool after reading the reviews so far and I was afraid it wouldn't be good. However, so far I am very satisfied with its performance, its power, and the speed adjustment. I used it for sanding a pergola, sanding wooden frames and windows with the appropriate accessories. I hope it lasts and endures for the work I need it for. I am not a professional; I am an amateur. So far, it works perfectly and the speed regulator works just fine. If it breaks down, I will come back.
The most useless thing ever, after a short use the speed regulator broke and now it only works at full speed, which makes it dangerous to use. I'm preparing it for recycling.

So I only use it in the shop for cutting due to the speed adjustment, suddenly for no reason it started to fluctuate in speed, like it would start and then as soon as it reached the desired setting, it would turn off. I want to emphasize that I always blew it and kept it clean after each job, and I also respect my tools regardless of their price and handling. The reason for the problems was the adjustment plate with the wheel, I ordered a new one costing 8 euros since I inspected it and it had about 2 changes in its circuit, so I assume they have fixed the problem. Personally, I bought 2 just in case it starts acting up again so I won't be left without a tool. Now as a wheel for its price, it is commendable since I don't use it every day in the shop

Does the motor heat up moderately when you use it?
I had the same experience as all the other friends who made the mistake and bought it. After 5 times of light amateur use, it stopped working, without me heating it or forcing it. When I contacted the store where I bought it, they told me that I had to send it by courier to the dealership at my own expense. The shipping and return cost (18 + 18 euros) made the store owner advise me "friendly" and tell me "my friend, I would open it myself at home". Eventually, I did it, I found that the speed regulator was faulty and I eliminated it, so that it could work even without adjustment. For me, both the importer with such poor support and the seller who encouraged me to find the solution on my own are unacceptable. That's why both of them received a big X from me for my future purchases.
The wheel is perfect! I use it to cut and smooth iron and chains as I do various metal constructions regularly. There may have been some pieces in this specific series that had an issue, but it always depends on who handles each tool. The wheel costs 45€ and it is very good for its price. There are wheels that cost 200€+. Obviously, there must be a reason for that. You get what you pay for, but this particular tool could also be more expensive for the work it does.
I got it because I had forgotten mine at home and I was in a hurry. I cut only 2 galvanized pipes 1/2" and it kept changing speeds constantly. I returned it and they wanted to replace it for me. I made a fuss and got a Makita and I finally relaxed.

I have bought other tools from Bulle and I was satisfied. I chose it because I didn't want to spend a lot of money to buy something more famous. I use it for amateur use and mainly to cut iron. A big positive is that you can choose the speed of rotation, which provides safety in its use. Changing the discs is easy.
Exactly what the other users mentioned. The speed setting literally exploded without the wheel even being in operation, it was just plugged in. All of this happened after only 3 times of using it. The worst part was the treatment from the official service, when I took it to them they told me that's how this wheel works and that it's not worth fixing. Completely unacceptable. I have a similar cheap wheel for 10 years and it hasn't had any issues.

Do not buy it, when I bought it, it went on vacation where it worked until the speed setting broke and it didn't work at all. Unacceptable. If anyone has bought it and has the same problem, you open it from the bottom and cut the speed setting. It has 3 wires, except for the black one, you connect the other two together and it works.
The speed adjustment broke after 2 months of use (I removed the adjustment) and the motor stopped working after 6 months, even with light use. UNACCEPTABLE.
