It's worth the money, especially if you have fractures.. I had a metatarsal bone fracture, specifically in the ankle, I took it off for bathing, put it back on after ten days for a check-up, and then removed it for good. I hope I helped

It is what the title says, for FRACTURES (at most). You can relatively easily find the position (angle) that your foot should have in order to "bind" (in cooperation with your doctor). Personally, I had a sprain and for the few times I used it, I was satisfied. Always trust your doctor to determine if you can use this specific boot or if you need a cast.
