    Two pieces were purchased which simultaneously presented problems, without exceeding the limit of 15 sheets. The machines cannot destroy more than 10 sheets. From the first day, they would simply get stuck on 12-15 sheets. Many times they would not detect the sheet and required a restart. Within the first year, they could no longer destroy more than 5 sheets. The 2 machines were located in different locations, used within limits by different individuals, and presented the same problems! They were sent for service to the dealership within the warranty period, but they refused to repair them as they claimed there was misuse!
