The non-stick coating started to wear off after about a year. I only used it 3-4 times a week with a plastic and wooden spoon. It was thrown in the recycling.

In the description at the stores, they write about "Turbo Induction bottom (suitable for all stoves), saving up to 35% energy", but on ceramic stoves (I haven't tried it on others) it takes a long time to heat up and doesn't reach the same temperature as other cookware I have. It's difficult to sear, they probably meant 35% more energy.

I have bought the whole series! I have had them for a year and a half. The quality of the material is very good. Extremely non-stick. Cleans easily. However, like all non-stick surfaces, it requires great care and attention during cooking, washing, and storage. Therefore, during cooking, we only use wooden or plastic (vinyl) spatulas to avoid scratching the coating. We wash it gently without much scrubbing and after it has cooled down! Finally, we store it by placing the special cloth protection it comes with and we don't put anything on top that could scratch it.

The best frying pan I have ever had. Excellent quality that is evident, amazing cooking, great resistance to high temperatures.
