Political Sociology seeks to record and "explain" or "understand" how various demands, whether individual or collective, which were initially produced within the framework of a specific social and political culture and subsequent political communication, evolve and are promoted in decision-making centers. They are expressed through forms and processes of influence, which constitute either acts of social representation or political participation.
