The product is great and has a very good omega 3 ratio compared to similar products, I just don't understand how the price increase from 27 euros in January to 36 today (April 2024) is justified.

I didn't expect it, but it happened.
For years, whenever I had blood tests, my good cholesterol was always below the minimum limit, usually around 29 or 30, at best it would be 32. The limit is 35.
I took fatty acids from time to time, but I didn't see any difference... it was as if I wasn't taking them. Of course, no other fatty acid supplement I had used until then had such high concentration and proportions.
So, I decided to check on Scroutz for fatty acids with the highest concentration and with user reviews from people who had done blood tests, and indeed they had seen different results, and finally I found this one.
The result is that after a few months of use, my good cholesterol went above the minimum limit of 35 and reached 37, which had never happened even when I did 40 minutes of aerobic exercise every day, which theoretically is the only way to increase good cholesterol when it is at low levels due to the body's metabolism and not lifestyle.
So yes, these fatty acids do the job!!!!
Very good content in EPA and DHA, which are the ingredients that make sense to look for in supplements because it is very difficult to get them from food. I alternate between these and the corresponding Triple Strength ones from Solgar. They are slightly smaller in size, so they are easier to swallow. The additional orange coating they have to reduce the taste of the oil doesn't really work for me, I can still taste it. But I also consider it a bit unnecessary to try to cover up the taste that comes after a while, which is like fish oil... maybe for those who are really bothered by it, but it doesn't bother me.
Among the other positive aspects that this product has and differentiates it from the competition is that it has a very user-friendly box with a large opening for fingers to go in, and the pills do not stick together like they do in Solgar, where you have to shake the box to separate them and sometimes you find some stuck at the bottom towards the end!
