    I didn't see any difference in my body like with another company that made a difference from the first use! And they are also 500! The rating concerns the quality of the product. The delivery and response from skroutz was perfect! I think that there are products even closer (Europe for example) that do a much better job! Just my opinion!

    I used to take a magnesium citrate from Solgar, but because each capsule was huge, 200mg each (I take 500mg), it was a bit of a problem without any side effects though. I tried this one (500mg per capsule), but from the first time I took it (1 hour before bedtime), I woke up the next day with a headache. I stopped taking it for two days and tried again, and the headache came back. I went back to Solgar and had no issues. At some point, I took a capsule from Natural Vitamins, and again, I got a headache. I didn't use it again.
