  The job it does is exactly this here for those who write that it doesn't do anything... I take 2 pills in the morning, afternoon, and evening, and I have taken about 150 pills and I believe I have dealt with the stones in my right kidney (when you have stones and you take something like this, you have to urinate in a transparent plastic cup to see the stones).
