Well... Why didn't I know earlier?!?!?!
Now I don't wake up with a flat stomach and I sleep as if I swallowed Mufasa!
With a little "research" on the Internet, I found out that the reason I was bloating at the end of the day was that my good little stomach/intestines may not have wanted to produce certain enzymes that aid in DIGESTION anymore (hence the suppressed natural urges of my body drowning in the swamp of vanity). And I thought, "Why not help it a little, poor thing? I've done so much to it." And I decided to order this specific cruelty-free product as they don't use bovine bile as a source of enzymes, to see if that was the problem (and no gastroenterologist bothered to thoroughly investigate to see if there was a solution to the problem that, according to them, didn't exist). And behold, hallelujah! The reason I was bloating uncontrollably during the day was simply because my body needed a boost in breaking down the food it was consuming.

I read the book "Burn the fat feed the muscle" and it changed my life. Finally, after 15+ years of extreme constipation and bloating, as soon as I started the diet recommended in the book, it all stopped. Read it. It is also available as a free PDF online.
