Incredible grill, the lady with the negative comment doesn't have the product from the company PHOENIX. People haven't changed the quality since the beginning of the company and they have very good after-sales services, but there are also identical ones circulating in the market. I have had it for 15 years, it may have darkened from use but it works perfectly!

It heats up quickly, cooks healthy, cleans easily. Quality construction and above all Greek. I highly recommend it.

The worst thing is that it burned very quickly and with minimal use. Completely fake. I hope it can be repaired and the cost is not unreasonable.

This product is unacceptable. I have had it for a few months but I rarely use it, meaning I have only used it 5-6 times so far. After cooking, I noticed that there were oils underneath, but I didn't pay attention, thinking they would go away. Today, when I lifted it and observed it while it was on a wooden table and absorbed oils, I was surprised to find small holes, 4-5 small holes on the surface of the INOX! The grill has been pierced, if that's even possible. I still can't believe it! My mother has had hers for 20 years and it hasn't had any issues!

Greek-made otherwise. Don't complain later that the money goes elsewhere. Since you don't respect consumers, I won't buy Greek products either. Shame on this company, plain and simple!
