Thanks to the Filtra technology it incorporates, every time you cook with your fryer, the oil is filtered through a metal filtering mesh, so there is no residue and your oil remains clean. 

It also features the "Coolwall" system, which keeps the exterior of the fryer always cool to the touch and safe. 

It has foldable handles, an adjustable thermostat from 150°C to 190°C, and a viewing window so you can monitor your meals. 

It is easy to clean with a sponge while the filter and basket can be washed.
