It has broken in various places, such as the wheel, the suction intensity regulator, which came off, the base of the attached brush on the handle, which broke, I couldn't change an attachment at some point and it remains the same. However, the motor endures and its power has not diminished, and I still use it. Indeed, the filter needs to be washed after three or four cleanings, as well as the red plastic for good cleaning. I think with more durable plastic parts, it would be super.

Incredibly difficult to vacuum carpets because in the high setting you can't detach it and if you put it on a lower setting, it doesn't suck well. The filters need to be washed frequently and even the wheel is broken....maybe the only positive thing I can find is that the attachment for pets does a good job and collects the hair.

Did you find this review helpful?I had it for 4-5 years (it broke into pieces and went to the trash) and it never served me well. The only good thing it had was the powerful motor, because otherwise:
- The mechanism that collects the cable broke from the second month.
- Its hose and the built-in brush break very easily and are expensive as spare parts.
- Its wheels do not turn, making it difficult to move as you vacuum.
- Not ergonomic design, the angles it has at the point where the wheels are get stuck on sofas and furniture.
- The edge of the hose comes off with the slightest touch, as well as the nozzle, which if you push it a little to prevent it from coming off, gets stuck on the nozzle and cannot be removed.
- Difficult to store, takes up a lot of space.
And after all this, I simply wonder if the person who designed this vacuum ever tried to clean with it. I replaced the soleplate with one from an older vacuum cleaner. The filters need to be washed and dried after 4-5 uses, otherwise it gets clogged. Regular cleaning is also a matter of hygiene, with the right attachments depending on the job you want to do. It even has a rotating brush that sucks up hair from the couch. It has many attachments that help you do a proper job and the best part of all is that the bin, which I empty once a week, has been very convenient instead of using a bag. The container that collects the hair needs frequent cleaning, but if it had a bag, the same thing would happen. Finally, I have washed the filter three times and its performance is excellent. It is very powerful to the point of lifting carpets and it has a lot of accessories inside the box (I think around ten), which is very important. In terms of quality, it is good and I haven't had any problems (if you want quality, get a Dyson and pay a fortune for it)... The vacuum cleaner indicates when the dustbin and the filter need to be cleaned in order to function properly, so friends who have something to say should read the user manual... Now, if any part has broken, they should tell us what kind of use they had and how it broke.. To keep it short, it is very good for its price and anyone interested should go see it in person.

Did you find this review helpful?I bought this vacuum cleaner 2 weeks ago and it turned out to be the worst purchase I made!!! There is no intensity regulator on the "body" of the vacuum cleaner. The only thing that exists is a hole on its handle that you can close or open depending on whether you want the highest intensity or the slightly lower one. The vacuum cleaner is quite powerful (even with the hole open), resulting in it not gliding AT ALL on carpets. The only movement you can make (with any attachment) is from front to back, lifting the handle and going back from front to back again.... It is incredibly tiring (it hurts your waist and back) on carpets, as well as on hardwood floors and tiles because you can't lower the intensity any further. It has many attachments (for furniture, for hardwood floors, for carpets, for pet hair, etc.) but what good are all these when they can't glide on the surfaces you want to clean?? I wish I could return it... My opinion: stay away from this vacuum cleaner!!!!!

- Initially, it had a very strong suction, so it wouldn't detach from the floor.
- However, it lacks absorbency, I have to go over 3-4 times and I still see dirt underneath. (with the old one, I only needed one pass and nothing was visible to the eye)
- The dirt on the edges of the vacuum just gets moved around (instead of being sucked in, like the old one did)
- Gradually, the intensity decreases. In less than 15 minutes, it stops sucking completely and needs cleaning. And NOT just the bin, which is only 1/5 full. The first few hairs get stuck in the filter and I have to clean the whole thing, including the filter, for it to work again. Most of the time, even that's not enough, and I have to disassemble the hose as well because it collects there (mostly hairs). Note that I cleaned the hose of the old one 5 times in 10 years!!!!! I have a 120 sq.m. house and I have to clean it 4 times to finish, otherwise it doesn't suck AT ALL.
- The carpets, it's like I haven't vacuumed them at all.Note: because I constantly refer to the comparison with the old one, the old one was a good brand but a cheap vacuum (around 60€), it wasn't a special professional one or anything else...
