I have had them for several years (since 2012) in a laboratory with computers and they are used by many hands. Out of the 25 that we had, 2-3 broke (some "jumped" and the cursor went "elsewhere" or they clicked randomly, or one had a broken right button). Based on this statistic, I consider it a durable mouse.

It works on most normal surfaces without the need for a mouse pad, but not all (I have a gray lacquer desk where it doesn't work and requires a mouse pad, while on the adjacent desk that looks the same, the mouse works fine).

The scroll wheel is relatively quiet or, on the contrary, "typically noisy" (not very noisy) and has a moderate scrolling sensation. The click is also typical with a moderate sensation (fake) and not very satisfying for my taste. The glide on a regular desk is satisfactory, although not always.

I would give it 4 stars, but the shape doesn't fit my hand very well, and the shape is perhaps the most important quality criterion if everything counts to some extent. I would like it to be a bit less wide and somewhat taller in the center. It is somewhat short and wide for my taste. For simple office use and for most people, it doesn't matter and it will work just fine. The plastics are not very high quality, but they are durable enough and easy to clean.

The cable is a bit thin, but I have no issues with it. It is standard in length and generally sufficient to have the central unit (tower) on the desk floor, but not too far away.

In conclusion: I prefer Logitech mice of similar price (e.g. b100) which have a sweeter and clearer click, better grip/shape (slightly narrower and taller), and perhaps a slightly better laser. Of course, the ones I recommend (Logitech b100) have a noisier and rougher scroll wheel, but overall, they are better as mice.
