    Unacceptable.
    The touch buttons don't work and you have to press them multiple times.
    It doesn't suck at all.
    Steam gathers, condenses, and falls into the food.
    Also, due to humidity (!!!!!), it has gotten stuck twice and turned on by itself in the middle of the night, forcing me to turn off the switch.
    In terms of design, it's beautiful but it's only decorative.
    P.S.: I've had it for 2 months.
