I had seen it on TV and it seemed perfect that it does the job, the brush on TV cost 40 euros so I searched for something similar on the internet and bought this one. I don't use it constantly but occasionally. My conclusions are as follows: it straightens the hair to some extent but it's not comparable to what a hairdresser does, the result for me lasts about an hour and then it starts to revert back to its natural state which is frizzy. The machine maybe because the plastic is not of good quality, starts to smell a bit with the heat.

Simply USELESS. The temperature would go up and down, I sent it back and they returned it to me the same, telling me that there is no issue, they charged me for shipping and also +6 euros to bring it back to me broken again.. it didn't straighten my hair at all.. just a failure.

Unfortunately, I threw away 2 devices as they were breaking after a few uses for no apparent reason. They were short-circuiting, tripping the circuit breaker, and the device was no longer functioning. Useless product

It does its job, but don't expect anything amazing, mediocre stuff, and as the friend said before, it also grinds a lot of hairs.

The time it takes for straightening is the same as other devices. The result is not perfect unless you have hairdressing knowledge. It causes the fall of many hairs and the most important thing is that the device is Chinese and it is easy to break.
