I chose this particular hairdryer because of a trip I was taking to New York where the voltage is 120V. I am very satisfied with this purchase because it met my needs for the trip and now I take it with me on every trip. It is small and lightweight and folds, so it literally fits everywhere. It definitely cannot be compared to the professional one I have, but for my travels and the fact that it operates on 2 voltages, it is the best.

I have had the hairdryer for 2.5 years. Within the first year (while still under warranty), it stopped producing hot air. I sent it for repair and they told me they checked it and found no problem. However, when they returned it to me, it was working fine but I was charged €8 for shipping. After 2.5 years, the same problem reappeared, so it is now useless for me and cannot be repaired as they cannot determine the exact issue and it would require replacing the entire circuit board, which is not worth it.

I used it about twice a week for drying and straightening my hair, which was satisfactory. The process took 10-15 minutes. It is convenient because it is very lightweight (340g) and easy to pack in a suitcase for travel.

It has 2 air intensity levels and a button that, when pressed, releases warm air instead of hot air. The cord is approximately 2 meters long and it has a nozzle as shown in the picture. The materials used are of very good quality.
