Although I believe it's a bit silly to write about pastes, let me explain two things before I talk about the specific one and before you decide which type to go with.

There are 3 types of pastes:
    1. Those with integrated metal particles (usually silver), such as Arctic Silver 5, which oxidize metals due to their electrical conductivity and change their composition over time (a bit expensive), and they solidify after about 8-10 hours of CPU usage, creating a flat layer for heat transfer from the CPU to the cooler. Recognizable by their dark gray color.

    2. Those with ceramic materials (like this one) which are cheaper to produce, do not conduct electricity, so if you spill on electrical parts you won't risk short-circuiting anything. Just wipe and clean with pure alcohol known as isopropyl alcohol 99% pure. They have a more viscous composition and are from white to off-white (e.g. light gray). They need replacement about every 2 years, while the best ones can last up to 3-4 years. Personally, I've had it for 1 year and have seen temperatures like the first day (on a 120 watt Intel Xeon, which generates quite a bit of heat).

    3. Finally, pastes with carbon materials (e.g. diamond particles, etc.) like MX-4, which bond with the cooler, making the 3 parts a whole and then stay there for several years. To remove them, you need to be careful, and after they "bond," temperatures improve after about 200 hours of use, with improvements up to 7 degrees Celsius compared to ceramic layer pastes, while they differ by 1-4 degrees from metal pastes. The problem is if you'll need to change your cooler in the future, as you'll have to perform a delicate operation with a knife because the cooler, paste, and processor are now stuck together, risking that when you remove the cooler, the processor may come out and damage it along with the motherboard pins... Recommended for laptops and graphics cards as they can last up to 8 years, and with the laws of physics, their bonding creates better heat transfer focal points if applied correctly without creating bubbles and air gaps between them.

Each one has some pros and cons. The Z5 is your simplest everyday solution, you don't need excessive knowledge to use it, and you simply won't risk from your mistakes or from oxidation.

This one is ideal for about 2.5-3 years, and it solidifies immediately since it doesn't have a tight composition, so you won't have to wait about 200 hours for it to solidify on its own and see the real heat induction. It is of higher quality compared to the stock paste of the Hyper 212 Evo, while it offers an improvement of 3 degrees at the minimum and 5 degrees at the maximum, and it can withstand a wider range of temperatures before its composition deteriorates.

It's really worth the money you pay for it (enough for 8 to 16 reapplications) and it differs by 2-3 degrees lower than the top metal pastes, which are conductive and very expensive, meaning that if they escape onto electrical parts there is a risk of short-circuiting, while ceramics like this one do not have this problem.

I applied it on the Hyper 212 Evo and its composition appeared in about 6 minutes. I also made a video with the cooler installation.
Temperatures improved by 5 degrees in full use compared to its original Coolermaster
