Description

Eye pencil specially tested not to irritate the eyes. Can also be used as an eyeshadow by smudging it lightly.

Application

Use the tip of the pencil to draw a line from the inner corner of the eye towards the outer corner. For a smokey effect, gently smudge the line. When the eye pencil becomes dull, sharpen it with a sharpener.
