The days start from right to left, as shown in the photo. Instead of being Monday - Tuesday, etc., or even Sunday - Monday, Monday is all the way to the right... which creates confusion.
The individual compartments are very small, and if an elderly person tries to take out a pill the size of, for example, sintrom, they will need either assistance or to use the tip of a knife or something similar.
Very inconvenient case, I do not recommend it.
