I might be biased because I had a previous model that lasted for many kilometers, but so far this one proves to be equally reliable. We'll have to see how it holds up over time...

It is brown, not red. When boiling with the maximum amount of water, not a drop spills out. The body is plastic, so it naturally burns during boiling. When filled with water, it boils in about 5 minutes. The lid is large and opens with a button. Overall, it is a good purchase for the money and the brand. I recommend it.
