I bought it after a lot of research for a retinol cream that doesn't irritate sensitive, rosacea-prone skin. I started using it conservatively and have been using it every night for 2 months now without any issues, dryness, irritation, etc. It takes time for the anti-aging action of retinol to show, so I will come back with an update.
Update: I was not satisfied with its anti-aging action, I didn't see any difference, maybe the retinol it contains is not enough, that's why it is so gentle on sensitive skin.

Very nice cream, fast absorption and leaves the skin of the face soft. I will definitely buy it again.

It does what it promises. I would apply it every night. My dermatologist recommended it to me for filling expression lines and it helped me a lot.

The aplicater broke in the first uses. The treatment of the company through the responsible employee was, if anything, disrespectful towards the consumer. The AVENE company, while aware of the problem (they suggested that I hit the product hard on a surface in case I could use it - something that didn't work), asked me for the name of the pharmacy in order to replace the product. Due to multiple purchases from the internet, many times others make the orders for me, so it was not feasible for me to remember where I bought it from. Without this information, the company cannot replace it. In general, companies only ask for the LOT number to investigate the product's flaw. Obviously, AVENE's concern is not improving and satisfying the customer, but selling products that are defective. So, if you buy the product, keep the receipt because it will break and you will lose your money. Also, don't even think about giving it as a gift to your sister, mother, or friend, as they will think you bought a second-rate product.
