I do not dilute it in water as it says on the packaging because it is disgusting, I almost vomited on the third sip. I had bought it 5 years ago for foot pain. The truth is that it did a good job on my hair and nails, which were peeling and breaking. I used it for a long period of time. What people need to understand is that this collagen, like other liquids, is more for beauty and less for joints.
