Today I received it and it is very SMALL for an average adult man. It definitely fits only for a thinner female hand or a smaller male/child hand compared to the measurements I mentioned below. I, a medium-height man of normal weight (1.78-80 kg), cannot comfortably fasten it. If you think you have a smaller hand than this, things might be different.

I am forced to pull it to the edge in order to barely catch the strap and then wear it on the wrist, and it barely tightens with the second strap it has for this purpose (again, a strap!). Therefore, I wear it relatively tight and it simply doesn't fit larger hands.

WRONGLY, it does not mention the maximum circumference near the wrist that it can accommodate. Let me tell you so you don't make the same mistake. The circumference of my wrist (as shown in the photo) is 31 cm and this can accommodate approximately 25-30 cm, so at 31 cm it is already tight and borderline. Otherwise, it says "one size" in the instructions. Let's see if it stretches a bit, otherwise I don't see any progress.

Update 8-2022. If you ultimately have a small hand, it is not a bad solution for its price as it is relatively good quality. I got used to wearing it very tightly. I initially struggled to put it on, but it's okay. Because it needs to be slightly tight when doing tasks, it manages to do so on the edge.

It's fine and the pad fits exactly where it should. The only negative thing I found is that it's relatively small. In my hand, it barely covers the scratch and I don't have a very wide wrist.

Very good! The best value for money. Convenient to use. Very good for tennis and badminton.
It is recommended even for people with spondylitis pain.
