Thermostat Space 24-hour IMIT Duo Plus
- I am writing about it... because I have it in operation in 3 apartments and it is extremely accurate in its indications and operation, in all the apartments that I have installed it since 2000, that is, for 20 years now!
It has an installation and user manual in the package, but this (Instruction Manual) is also available on the internet for download.

Last year in 2019, only one of them broke down, because I made the mistake of using Chinese batteries from a street vendor, which leaked their fluids during the summer heat and caused damage. But fortunately, even after 20 years, it is still available on the market, thanks to its quality, so I found it again and installed the same one!

It is electronic and very easy to install (it came with 2 screws with 2 holes of 4.5mm) and easily replaces ordinary thermostats by connecting (before connecting it, turn off the power in the apartment/house) to the contacts it has #1 and #2 or #3.
The 2 wires (red-black) of the old thermostat that go to the solenoid valve (or the boiler) open it and when it opens, it gives a command to the boiler (that the apartment needs hot water, so if the boiler is not hot, it simply ignites the burner, etc.)!
It has 3 points for wire contacts, numbered 1-2-3, the middle one is 2, which will have the power, and the other one is a switching contact (#1) that closes the circuit, while the other switching contact (#3) opens the circuit. So you make the connection you want, as you want, in either or both of the 2 switching contacts! Therefore, you can make a connection with 2 contacts and 2 wires, which is the basic connection for use... but also with 3 contacts and 2 wires (by using a bridge instead of a 3rd wire) or in 3 contacts and with 3 wires! An electrician can explain to you when such a connection may be needed!
In this way, you can simultaneously control 2 functions, with opening and simultaneous closing, in each activation that occurs from the corresponding hour or hours setting!

It works with 2 AA size batteries (or LR-6) that last at least 3-4 years, and when the batteries run out, a low battery indicator flashes!
It has several programs, it has anti-freeze protection at 6°C to prevent the water from freezing by briefly turning on the boiler, and also if you want, you can set it with automatic ignition at 16°C to maintain a comfortable environment temperature, so that it does not fall below 16 degrees Celsius, the room temperature.

The most basic are these 2 operating programs:
1. For continuous 24-hour operation only with its thermostat, at the degrees you set,
2. Programmable operation in the 24-hour period, simply by adjusting the "hour control feet" for as many hours and for whichever hours of the 24-hour period and with whatever time intervals you want between them! For example, 5-6 am or 6-7-8 am, then 12-1 pm, then 3-4 or 5-6-7 pm, and then 8-9-10 pm, etc. It's that simple!
It also has a cap to remove the temperature adjustment button and by sealing it at the desired setting, no one can tamper with the pre-set temperature... for example, 21°C or something else.

I am delighted with their simplicity and functionality, and I would only replace them (all 3 thermostats) with the exact same one in all functions (but also with 7 additional hour control feet for the 7-day programming) Thermostat Space 7-day IMIT CRX/E Plus!

This can be done by my children, if they ever need a 7-day programming. I don't know if the information satisfied you, but I wrote what I know and it is solely based on my own placement and use of them, for these 20 years without having any relationship with any manufacturing or trading company!!!!
