  It didn't work on my Windows 10 desktop, while the same device worked perfectly on a known Windows 10 laptop.

  Canon support couldn't solve my problem and passed it to the next level of support, which would respond in 3-5 business days. When they responded, they told me to do something that we had already done with the first level of support.

  When I scanned a bit on the known person's laptop, I noticed that the sheets tend to twist a bit as it pulls them. When I put 5-6 pages together, by the time it reached the last one, it had twisted too much. Maybe it's a characteristic of sheetfed, I haven't used it before.
