We had the same stove in the past and it worked well for almost 10 years (visually at least it looks the same, I don't know if anything has changed internally and in the materials used). It definitely wasn't the fastest stove in the world, but it was decent for its price. We bought the same one again because it got damaged from water that fell on it (it wasn't the first time it got wet, but this time it happened to break as well). For now, in the first uses, we are satisfied. It heats up faster than the old stove, but if it is used for a long time continuously (e.g. for several coffees one after the other), it can overheat and requires attention when handling and moving it. (The overheating issue was not present in the previous one).

After two months of use, the button does not make contact, resulting in needing an hour to make a tea! Do not prefer it!

The electric eyes do not have a long lifespan from what I have observed, after two years their performance decreases significantly and they become slower to heat up. In other words, at the beginning of the purchase, it takes about 5 minutes to brew Greek coffee, but after a certain period of time (usually a long time, maybe after about 1.5 - 2 years) it takes 10 minutes.
But they are convenient and I prefer them.

I am very satisfied with this electric coffee eye. I have had it for 2.5 years. It is powerful, fast (recently it has become slow, as I explained above), it makes nice, flavorful coffee (not like the gas stove I had bought that made watery coffee).
I will choose it again.
