I bought it during a period when there was chaos at work and I had to think about many things simultaneously and complex things. By following the dosage of one capsule daily as the instructions say, I really saw a difference within 15 days. I highly recommend it.

It didn't work for me.... I bought it expecting it to be better and it disappointed me. It clouded my thinking, it didn't help at all with memory and concentration.... Let's try something else....
I don't know if it ever helped me. The only sure thing is that an hour after taking it, I was working at full speed and then crashing heavily
Although at first I do believe that it helped me with concentration, especially when I was writing an exam, a few days later it started causing me migraines, and now I suffer from incredible headaches while I can no longer discern any improvement in concentration or memory for sure. For me, however, it's not worth feeling like I'm being hit with hammers on the head in order to have better memory.
I was really trying to remember something and I was hitting a wall....that's how I felt!! After a few days of taking these vitamins, my mind started to open up, my thoughts became clearer, and I could concentrate more easily on something. I'm not saying that I remember everything now, but I'm getting closer to what I was trying to remember and sometimes I actually remember it...!!!!!
After purchasing two packages and using them for about 60 days, the conclusion for me was partial irritability and no benefit in terms of memory or clarity. On the positive side, maybe a slight increase in concentration, nothing positive, nothing negative. Money wasted.
With products like this one that promise abstract things like 'memory' and 'mental stimulation', we want to know what they contain and what they can actually do for us in the quantities they are in. It is not enough for someone to write anything about 'stimulation' on a box.
This particular product contains, first of all, a layer of B-complex vitamins (B3, B6, B9, B12). These vitamins are in sufficient quantities, for example, one capsule contains 200% of the daily folic acid we need.
Vitamins may indeed have benefits in what we perceive as 'clarity' and 'energy', but on their own, they will not work miracles, nor are some B vitamins what we expect to distinguish a product as a 'mental' booster.
So what else does it contain that justifies its name? Ginkgo biloba, an herb that mainly enhances our circulation, with the secondary effect of better blood flow to our brain. The friend below who mentioned headache as a side effect? That is because of the ginkgo. It is good to keep in mind that what we may describe as 'mental fatigue', cognitive fog, etc., may be due to many different reasons, and nothing guarantees us that something like ginkgo with its circulatory actions will be the answer in our case.
And besides ginkgo, it contains phosphatidylserine, which is a peculiar substance that is now rare in our diet (since we do not eat much calf brain, hearts, intestines, etc.), which has various actions related to the nervous system. Serine is one of the substances it contains and the most well-known tonotil. The sources of serine in supplements are now exclusively plant-based, soy or sunflower.
Of course, both of these, ginkgo and serine, are found in low quantities. 50mg and 20mg per capsule, respectively. It is doubtful what we will see from such low quantities, along with some B vitamins, and if we do see anything, it will definitely be a very mild effect.
I was taking it during exam period for better memory... I can't say I noticed a noticeable difference... It worked more when I took it in combination with another vitamin... Personally, it made me very nervous! My mother, who was also taking it, saw results at first, but not afterwards... I was expecting more, to be honest...
I bought it last week before the start of the national exams. I think it helped me organize and somehow review all the material in my mind. It helped with concentration and somewhat with mental relaxation after a year of studying. I do not recommend starting it at the beginning of the year (if you are taking national exams). After the enthusiastic (mostly) comments and after searching for a dietary supplement to enhance my mental performance, I ended up with these capsules. I took them for a week and noticed that I was having much more difficulty and it was almost impossible for me to concentrate, which surprised me greatly. On the 8th day, I didn't take a capsule and that day I had an unbearable headache that didn't go away with any painkiller. (Which could have been coincidental.) The leaflet doesn't mention anything about side effects or anything, so I decided to send a message to EVIOL to see if something is happening to me, with the batch, anything. I simply mentioned the symptoms and asked if there is a possibility that the supplement is responsible. My message was read and never answered. They didn't inform me about anything at all. They didn't even reassure me. Utterly unacceptable. I will give the capsules another chance and if there is an update, I will change the review. Either way, with such disregard they showed me, I will not buy anything from them again. Update: They responded to me and urged me to consult a pharmacist.
I bought it during the period of the national exams in order to be able to remember some things better. I don't know if other people had migraines from this supplement, but these migraines helped me learn some things better and have better memory and concentration at the same time. The only issue for me with these capsules is that they were easy to choke on and required a lot of water to be able to swallow them. Other than that, they are very good
