Exactly one week since I started taking them continuously, in my attempt to follow a diet with some supplements. Is it because I took them in the morning, very close to the iron capsule? Is it because I am undergoing treatment with contraceptives for artificial menopause? Is it because I am doing intermittent fasting? Either way, I never expected that after 5 days of taking vitamins, I would feel worse than the days when I had a poor diet and didn't take any supplements at all. Dizziness to vertigo, instability, weakness, and tremor were some of today's symptoms. I would not recommend them under any circumstances.
