  I had the same model for 3 years until the cable broke. The sound was clear and my interlocutor could hear me perfectly. I bought it again.

  It was returned and replaced. Same and even worse. It cuts off even the instructions from Google Maps. The problem lies in the updated software (the new series has an audio notification ON OFF). This ruined them.
  Absolute garbage.

  Purchased from a well-known chain of electronics stores for 30 euros. I used to have some Samsung Bluetooth ones that I bought for 15 euros (about 5-6 years ago) and they were great, lasted for 6 years and more. With these, I have a problem BOTH in conversation as there are many times when the person I'm talking to can't hear me (for no apparent reason) and also they don't connect easily. I struggled to connect them to my Samsung smartphone (even though the packaging states that they are compatible with Samsung - one of the reasons I bought them) and so far I haven't been able to connect them to my RealMe GT. And lastly, a downside: they fell from the height of the couch onto the tiles and they are a mess, buttons and plastic parts have come off, etc. In summary, this device is overpriced and based on what it offers, it should be priced around 5-7 euros.

  Since I am a professional, I change 2 of these per year.. the first ones were dogs.. these second generation ones are not worth the money... the buttons on the last 2 fell off and the reset doesn't work properly on the second one and the sound doesn't cut off many times until I shake the cable and it comes back... the battery lasts though

  -I chose this particular headset because it is of an old type and not the classic "earplug," resulting in a better fit (at least in my ears).
  -The battery has a really long duration.
  -It connects very easily.
  -It has vibration when someone calls you.

  I have been using it for 4 months, charging it once a week without needing a recharge. In reality, I don't know the exact battery duration, but it definitely lasts more than a week.
