Only the mixer is metallic and damages the cups!!! Better get one with a plastic mixer.

Previous identical I had for 15 years. It seems sturdy and may also last this long. At first, I considered it positive that it has a metal cup and a metal disc in the mixer. The cup transfers the heat when you put something hot inside, while the metal disc is good in terms of wear (it does not wear out), but it restricts you to the metallic, as you have to be careful with plastic cups. Also, the bottom disc is not flat, so when it touches, it makes a lot of noise.

I bought it to replace another one that I have had for 7-8 years and the head had simply faded after so many years. It is almost the same as the previous model. My opinion is about the previous model, which is very convenient, powerful with very little noise. And this one also seems very good

I had it for 7 years, daily use, very satisfied. The switch broke once and I replaced it, but otherwise it worked continuously. Recently, it broke again and I will probably buy the same one again.

I bought it because my sister had it for 2 years and she was very satisfied. I have had it for 3 months and the milk frother works great, especially when I freeze the container.

Re-evaluation, after a while that I wrote the first review, the low speed broke and now only the high speed works. That's why I remove 2 stars.
