It seems to work fine for inflating car tires when their pressure has dropped. However, because it appears quite weak, I don't know how it will perform if the tire is completely flat. Additionally, it definitely does not inflate a SUP board (for those who may be considering it).

It has a major drawback that is not mentioned in the description: while it operates and inflates, the pressure gauge does not show any indication, so you don't know exactly when to stop it! If I knew, I would choose the more expensive model, which allows you to set the desired pressure in advance.
