Description
Upgrade your computer's RAM with the Corsair DDR4, increasing the execution speeds of all your processes.
DDR4 is the fourth generation of RAM memory technology, offering operating speeds from 2133MT/s to 4800MT/s, response time (CAS Latency) from CL9 to CL22, while its capacity has increased up to 32GB per memory unit.
For speed (MT/s) and capacity (GB), the larger the size we choose, the better performance we will have in our system, while for response time (CL), we want the smallest size for the speed (MT/s) we have chosen.
The above characteristics should be compatible with the specifications of our motherboard and processor.
The Corsair DDR4 offers:
- Speed: 2400
- CAS Latency: 14CAS Latency
- Capacity: 8GB

Reviews
Excellent ram for systems with skylake-kabylake CPUs. Low temperatures even with hours of gaming and ram usage above 70%. Additionally, a great advantage compared to most rams is the low cas [14] that this specific one has, as the major drawback of ddr4 is the high cas [usually above 15 for most]. Finally, they have a low profile, so those with large air coolers will have no problem fitting them in their heatsink.
Edit: another 8GB stick has been added [total of 16GB] and the performance in heavy multitasking-gaming has greatly improved.
As a negative, I consider the fact that generally all ddr4 memories have a constantly increasing price, meaning an increase of about 30-40% since they were first released.
27/11 edit: another 8GB stick has been added [total of 16GB] and they have easily reached 3000mhz completely stableTranslated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful?Verified purchase
