I use it for coffee and frothed milk. It takes 2 hands to do the job. In this sense, there are more user-friendly options. For this use, it is sufficient, as long as it does not exceed 30" of continuous operation. It has a 2-year warranty, and somewhere around that time it may start having issues. Replacement is easily done by the purchasing store, with a new one. It has happened to me twice in the past, and now the warranty of the third one in a row has expired, which is now worn out and noisy. Nothing special, just like its price, which is around €20.
I bought it twice.
The first time, the first speed level initially stopped working and after two years, it started smelling, emitting smoke, and ended up in the trash.
I bought the same one 2 months ago and now one of the two blades (the bottom one) came off from the axis of rotation.
It was convenient for making frappes, but it doesn't handle durability well.
Very user-friendly, sturdy and discreet. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I would prefer the shaft to be detachable for proper cleaning.
For everyday use in the kitchen I got it. Beautiful matte finish, not too noisy, the motor is like all in this price range and quality is generally satisfactory. I can't find a reason to write something negative. If I was looking for a machine for a shop, of course I would go for something else with much higher cost. But for home it is a very good purchase.

Very good and durable for its price. It has a plastic mixer, so it's good for quickly making a coffee (metal mixers scratch the cups). It cleans relatively easily with a damp cloth. It is stable during use.
If someone's frappe maker becomes sticky, to remove the stickiness, apply WD40 and it requires a good scrubbing
The material on the outside is terrible... it doesn't clean at all, it sticks like it has sticky tape on it... never again such a matte material... glossy ones are better
I bought two... the first one sounded like a compressor and the whole building could hear it, and when I returned it, because obviously it was defective, the second one I got broke after a month, the slow ladder broke and it generally overheated very quickly. Generally, for those who are interested, I suggest getting something a little more expensive but at least durable. The material from which the product is made is cheap. It is not sturdy.
It is VERY powerful. So far, I haven't used the second speed as the first one is satisfactory. It blends frappes in a few seconds.
Fantastic frappe maker! Beautiful matte black color! Excellent build quality! We have had it for 1 year and it seems quite durable! It has 2 intensity options and makes great coffee and froth! For this price, I believe it is the best on the market. Its sound is the classic one we are used to in such products, so I wouldn't call it noisy. I recommend it! It's worth it!
I bought it exclusively to make cold frothy milk. It does it without any problem! I use milk with 1.5% fat. The frothy milk is quite creamy and stays for a long time. It has a nice matte finish that makes it not look cheap like many other milk frothers. It is easy to clean and does not leave any stains. The only negative is that you have to hold the container with one hand since it does not have a support base.

I have been using this coffee maker for cold coffee for 2 years now. I am very satisfied with the intensity of the high speed as I manage to make cold coffee at home as if I bought it from outside!! The matte color of it is very beautiful.
I got it for Freddo espresso four months ago and I am very satisfied. I believe that there is nothing better for its price!

Guys, because I saw complaints that it suddenly spits, there is a warning in the manual not to use non-stop for more than 1 minute at a time. However, this minute works perfectly fine for me, making coffee and frothing milk because, as I said, it has power
I bought it because it had many good reviews but it only lasted me 4 months. While I was using it, it suddenly stopped and the motor smelled and stopped working. Of course, I unplugged it.... If I had left it a little longer, you know..... Of course, I didn't take it for warranty even though it had 2 years. I will simply buy a more expensive one.
I give it one star because during those 4 months, it worked perfectly but it let me down.
Very good for the money it costs. The color is Mat Black, which makes it strangely even more distinctive.

After researching the comments, I ended up with the R-447. The use I make in the frappe maker is purely and only frappe / freddo. If this is also your use, read in detail below.
NEGATIVES:
- The double stirrer in combination with the 'wavy' bottom stirrer create such a strong force that if you hit any liquid in a common water glass, it will spill out. You must necessarily put your coffee in its own large glass and still have a small amount inside (okay for coffees) if you want to avoid the mess.
- The second problem that the stirrers create is that after 3 seconds of hitting on the SMALL scale, the coffee becomes pure foam. You have to flicker the first scale so that the motor does not develop high speed. I, who was used to making my coffee with a hand mixer, made it as I wanted with the right amount of foam. Now I am doomed to make soapy coffee and sit for 10 minutes waiting for the coffee to settle.
- The plastic matte material of the device gets dirty very easily and if coffee spills on it, it is very difficult to clean.
POSITIVES:
- Very powerful motor. For coffee, it is stronger than I would like.
- Long stirrer
In the end, I will put it aside at some point and replace it with another one. The coffees I make now are terrible and I can't find a trick to beat them better. Prefer a frappe maker with simple (straight) stirrers or even better with a single stirrer
I consider it to be a good mixer for its price, what I didn't like is that it requires attention because it easily throws ingredients out of the glass when mixing, and secondly, I haven't seen different speeds on the button 1,2, either it's defective or I am being excessive
For frappe, frothy milk proteins, and anything else you want to make creamy, it is definitely worth it. Two years of Greek warranty for twenty euros and if it breaks, you won't regret it. It has two levels and the second one is very powerful. I would have liked the shaker to be stainless steel, not fake plastic, but it's okay for its price.

I received it today for 25.20 with shipping. It is user-friendly, convenient, and very satisfying. As for the design of the machine, it is quite flawless and beautiful. It makes frappes instantly and easily prepares frothy milk for the chocolate I make. The sound is very satisfactory, nothing like they say that the sound is very noisy... it has a perfect amount of noise. I use it on the first level because on the second level it is too strong and it is logical for the coffee to overflow. For amateur use, it is perfect!!! Buy it without hesitation... this wonderful device is worth more than that.
Mediocre to bad purchase

The motor, although fast during the week, did something weird as mentioned above, meaning that when you put it on the first level, it feels like the second level. It throws everything, even in its own shaker, and don't even imagine water, it takes 2.5 fingers to mix the coffee, resulting in a paste (I mean frappe only). I will try to find a receipt to have it checked for free due to the warranty, and we'll see again. Apart from that, it is nice in black color, unfortunately they didn't have any other color. For its price, it is worth it, if only it didn't have this issue.

There was a change in the store and probably because they didn't have the same model, they gave me the r-4410 model, which is 10€ more expensive. And as soon as I drink my first frappe on the first level with my own shaker, without anything popping out or spilling, I will provide more information about the r4410 model on its page
It is the most powerful mixer I have ever encountered. I have had it for 3 months already and I haven't even used the 2nd speed yet because it throws everything out of any container due to its power. It makes a lot of noise. However, it is very durable and with minimal care, it remains spotless.
For its price, it does what it is designed to do. Excellent for household needs, not professional ones. Just be careful with the material, which gets dirty (a lot) and cannot be cleaned with anything (It is not glossy black).
Very good choice, it does what it promises! I have had it for three years and only had one issue with the mixer, which broke twice in 3.5 years, once the plastic part and then the metal part while making a thick sauce! Of course, they immediately replaced it with a new one since I was still within the 2-year warranty! It has a very powerful motor and it doesn't restrict you to a specific container, you can use any glass you want! It's worth the money, I highly recommend it!
I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because it doesn't have a system to hold the built-in cup, you have to hold it with one hand while using it and it's not convenient. Also, when you hit your coffee inside the cup that you will drink from, you need to be very careful because the mixer creates something like oscillations and part of the coffee may spill outside the cup. This is the most important reason why it loses the 5th star for me. However, for its price, it is satisfactory.
