I've had it for years. It hasn't suffered any damage, but I don't use it very roughly. The outer fabric looks beautiful and of good quality.

The laptop case is quite protected, but other than that, the bag does not have many compartments, the front opening is not particularly convenient, and it does not have any back support, so it is tiring. I would give it a higher rating if it was more affordable, but at this price, there are much better bags available.

The bag has very good quality, comfortably fits all the essentials for office work or education (laptop, tablet, external disk, USB sticks, book and notebook, wallet, 2 pens, 2 side pockets for coffee or water cups), various), it is elegant and practical.

I noticed two things that I didn't like about this bag.
1. For a dell 15.6 that I use, it barely fits and tightens a bit, but I don't feel insecure.
2. One of the two shoulder straps was upside down, causing it to not stay stable on my back and constantly loosen. I had to take it off and put it back on, which was a bit inconvenient.

Other than that, I consider the bag to be very good and convenient. It fits a laptop, iPad, their cables, notebooks, and a book without losing its shape.
