  It is not synthetic but mineral oil with additives. I put it in a Nissan Almera, rough idle, takes a long time to reach operating temperature, rough operation, I noticed an increase in fuel consumption and it does not rev high. If you have an old car with many kilometers and an engine with tolerances, use it for simple city and highway driving for a few kilometers, otherwise forget it!

  The best 10W-40 on the market in terms of friction, according to the tests in the photos I posted on the subject of "black mud," is average 4/10. Personally, I would recommend it up to 8000km.   Update: I bought it again and after three months of use, I want to mention the positives and negatives.

  Positives: The oil did not become as black as I expected, to tell the truth. When the oil and engine heat up, it runs very smoothly. It has slightly better performance compared to the GM 10W40 I had before. In the three months that I used it, it did not burn any oil except for three days before I changed it, when it burned exactly 100ml. However, it may be because on that day I started with a cold engine and did not let it warm up.

  Negatives: It takes longer to warm up compared to the GM oil, which warmed up faster. In the morning, it struggled to get going, probably because it is thicker compared to the Mobil Super 2000 X1 10W-40 that I have seen in a PDF is more fluid than this one.

  Awesome oil, I use it in 2 Citroen Xsara 1.6 16v NFU. I change the oil every 10,000 km in one car and every 5,000 km in the other (the first one does about 8-10,000 km/year while the other does 15,000 km/year). The engine always runs like a sewing machine, I never had any problems. Of course, I always change the oil filter as well. The oil heats up relatively quickly.

  I found online a list of tests of many different types and brands of lubricants. As strange as it may seem to some who resort to expensive oils, this specific oil, as well as Valvoline Durablend and MaxLife 10W-40, are among the top ones. I have tried both of them on a 1.8 16V atmospheric engine and I was really impressed. My car doesn't burn a drop of oil and the engine is very quiet. I change the oil twice a year (once when the weather starts to warm up in May and once when it starts to cool down in November, regardless of mileage (of course, I don't exceed 10,000 kilometers per six months). Those who I also recommended these lubricants to were completely satisfied.
