TRAGIC!!!!!!!!!!!! To have the baby lying down to remove its mucus and struggle to remove a spare part from the box to assemble the device!!! and then you have to remember AND HAVE THE TIME to throw away the filter - so logically to catch all the mucus to remove it - to wash it for the next use! Otherwise, you go to remove your baby's mucus and the previous ones are waiting for you inside the device!!!!!!! WHO THOUGHT OF THIS;;;;;;;;; all the other devices that have the nozzle together with the filter in each spare part, so you throw it away without catching anything WITHOUT NEEDING TO WASH ANYTHING are much better!!!! The first time I bought it, I cursed in every use and I had to buy it again because the pharmacy only had this brand of spare parts!!!! and I curse again in every use!! As for the result, it depends on how tolerant the baby is!! If it doesn't sit still, no matter what you use, you will have moderate results!! Mine doesn't sit still at all....and rightfully so!!!!

As effective as it may seem at first, after two uses, unfortunately, the mucus ends up in your mouth... You never know when the cotton that is there will "bring it to you"!

With the use of another product, I needed 2-3 replacements to clean one nostril of the baby because the first mucus would clog the replacement. Very good! Yes, it does remove the boogers but with 1-2 sucks, the sponge has come off its place with the risk of ending up in your mouth. I would not buy it again. A box of replacements broke almost in one day.

It helps a lot to clean the nose, especially when the baby can't sleep. It's a bit of a torture for the baby, someone has to hold their hands.

Unfortunately, the design is not good. The protective sponge does not stay in place, resulting in the device getting blocked with the first mucus. You can't suck properly and if you're unlucky (or persistent), the mucus will end up in your mouth.
