Very strong on the stomach!! Without having issues with my stomach before, these specific ones unfortunately bother me

A dermatologist recommended them to me because I have hair loss and I saw a difference. Of course, they are "strong" and it is good to use them for only three consecutive months.

I did the three-month treatment but I didn't see any significant difference, neither in the length of my hair nor in my skin. On the contrary, with vitamins from another well-known (and more affordable) company, I saw a more significant difference.

I also researched on the internet and saw that vitamin D helps, so I took it as a supplement. I can't say for sure if the D actually helped. After one month of treatment, the hair loss stopped. After another month, new hair started to grow. The hair loss not only stopped, but even today, 6 months later, I wash my hair and not a single strand falls out. After a period of intense stress, I noticed thinning hair (I had very dense hair and it was thinning). It had also become wild like straw. I have been taking these specific vitamins for 1.5 months. The hair seems somewhat stronger and the hair loss has somewhat stopped, but it may still be too early to see better results. I will recover when the treatment is finished. P.S. I see that other cheaper vitamins have more reviews. The truth is that these ones here are the most expensive, but they also have the most vitamins from what I saw (in general, they all have different amounts). I had relatively low folic acid, which affects the hair, so I chose these specific ones.
