    I have had it for almost four years. If you think you will eat souvlaki and put it on for half an hour in any program and it will make you shredded, it's better to go on a trip with that money. It is like a post-workout aid, either as a muscle relaxant or for massage, or even for strengthening during your workout. The cables are not so convenient, but the wireless ones have almost double the price. A knowledgeable person can get a lot out of the machine.
