  For home, it is just what I needed. Nice tool for many different uses. I got it from Xtreme stores and I didn't expect such quality. It seems to withstand whatever you do. With many options to adjust the back and the seat. For me, the only problem I found was that my legs don't fit in the damage it has if you want to do sit-ups in a reclining position. Everything else is fine

  In general, it is a good bench. It is quite sturdy with a thick cushion that makes it comfortable. It can be adjusted to an incline or decline position. The assembly is relatively easy, but you need to have tools because it does not include a wrench. The negatives are the seat, when it receives some weight after a while it starts to tilt, with a little tightening it gets better but not for long. It also has a very large gap between the backrest and the seat, which can result in injury if you sit incorrectly. In a decline position, it is very difficult to do sit-ups. Overall, it is worth buying if you overlook these few things.
